Miggy’s Gift arrives at Healthy Kids Summer Camp with an educational program for kids ranging 7 – 17 years old. We were able to explain to the children the importance of skin cancer prevention and urgency of early detection. The kids were divided by group ages to accommodate our age appropriate program. All the kids received samples of lip balm, sunscreen, education material to take home and read with their parents, and a pair of sun glasses to protect their eyes from UV radiation exposure. Miggy’s Gift collaborated with Kyan’s Kause during their 7th annual event. Kyan passed away when he was 3 years old in a home swimming pool accident. His parents started a foundation they named after their son and are committed to providing swimming lesson scholarships to children. Thus far, they have been able to provide swimming lessons to over 6,000 students.
